	In dreams the Totem always spin constantly and smooth, never wobbles. At the ending, the Totem WOBBLED -> its REALITY, and if you listen carefully after the black out, theres a sound of the Totem wobbling n dropped. Cobb did not wear a wedding ring while in reality, but he wore a wedding ring in the dreams. He did not wear it at the end. The kids looked a bit older in the ending, and in the credits there are 2 pair of kids: Phillipa (3 years), James (20 months), Phillipa (5 years), James (3 years). And remember that almost all the major of the flick has been taking place in dreams, dream time is much much slower than actual time (and even more and more slower as they go deeper into the dream). There was not one reference throughout the whole movie about exactly how long Cobb has been away from his children, so we cannot make a reference to the "age of the kids" as an indication that he is in the real or dream world. Some says he was dreaming all along since the beginning. He wasnt dreaming all along. After his failed mission to get Saitos secret, he sat in the hotel room and spun the Totem and then it stopped. That means hes back in reality. His wife got the idea "that theyre still dreaming and need to die to escape" from Cobb while theyre trapped in their Limbo. Cobb was saying the thing about the train and they have to die to get back to reality, but it doesnt matter coz theyre together, thats the way to get them out from the Limbo to reality. Unfortunatelly the idea sticks in Mals mind even after theyre back in the real world. Overall, Cobb went to five levels of dreams. 1st was the rainy day abduction in car, 2nd in the hotel Room 528, 3rd the snowing base in the mountain, the 4th was Mals world [also Fischers] Limbo, then Cobb went further to rescue Saito in his Limbo in the 5th level. Anyway, some also got confused on how Cobb and Saito were able to come back. Simple, with the pistol. If theyre killed in normal dreams, they just awake from the dream. If theyre killed in their dreams while theyre under strong sedatives, theyll be stuck in a Limbo. But if theyre in a Limbo, they can get out by death, just like the way Cobb and Mal escaped their Limbo. The people who were looking at Cobb in the airport were his team mates, sure theyll stare at him, and smiled coz the mission succeed. :P Fischer also looked at Cobb, coz he recognized his face, he was talking to him when the flight begun. About why the grandfather awaiting for Cobb in the States, this explained when Cobb was talking on the phone with his children, he said hell send gifts through the grandfather. When Cobb visits his grandfather in the school, he drops off presents and asks him to give them to the kids when he goes back, this implied that his Dad flies to the States once in a while, and during the whole time that Cobb was putting this whole mission together, his Dad couldve already flew back to the States. The grandmother was also in the house, probably with the kids. No exact reason why shes not showing up as soon as Cobb arrived, but probably because she was so bitter and she once believed that Cobb would never return. Nolan made the ending seemed "unsolved" coz he wanted to confuse the audience, rather than giving a clear ending, hes giving a "challenge" to think and try figuring out the answer on their own. 	the whole movie is a dream. 24 mins in he is told to "come back to reality". cobbs totem doesnt work as everyone knows that a spinning top will eventually fall where as a totem that does work (the loaded die) nobody knows which number it will land on. in mubassa eems bets his last chips and then magically creates 2 piles of chips too cash in. in mals suicide attemps she trashed the hotel room and then climbed out of the window but when cobb talks to he she is out of the window of the opposite building. it seemed to make sense in the movie but now u think about it it doesnt make any sense just like a dream.	0

	True, but it strikes me as odd to see that the movie ended just before it started losing rhythm. I personally things its to keep the audience wondering. The thing is that they went about 4 layers into the dream and when 2 of the characters returned, the others were already awakened and the connections to the dreams should have disappeared. How in the hell did they get from the 4 layer of dreams to reality? that is my question about this movie as well as how he brought back the guy that died in the 2nd layer of the dream. I mean he revived him back to reality by bringing him back from the 4 layer of the dream.	0

	Its a matter of taste. Some like it, some dont. Those who like it are more likely to rate it as well. Those who dont like wont even bother most of the time to rate it. If a movie has high rating doesnt always mean its good. Ratings are decieving. Doesnt always add up. Ah well :D However I saw this one before when it came out and havnt seen it since, cause I dont really remember the scenes so - Ill check it agian :).	+1

	that multiple dream level sht is going to confuse some people first time around. ah who cares/ the thing is, the movie lays out the dream-logic pretty straight. Inception is def straight forward good smart hard sci fi fun if you break it down. Matrix if anything is more complicated - because of robots and crazy. so recommend watching INCEPT a second or even a third time. smart stuff, worth the trouble. LOOPER makes a great double feature. Bruce Willis = the man.	0
