	This is another one of my very favorite Jack Nicholson performances. The Stephen King novel, The Shining is unfortuantely not completly on the same track as in the book. Later when they made the TV series by the same name they did have the show completely on track and faithful to Kings book. Other then that, Jack rocked! :)	+1

	I was dissapointed with this film. I think this is overrated. The only thing that creeps me out was the scene where Mrs. Torrance was trying to get out of the window... and oh, Mrs. Torrance, the mother. I pity her but at the same time, shes scary...	-2

	Ok, I watched tis now for 15.42 minutes and I already cant take that black haired chick anymore, wich I guess will be Jacks wife. She must be worst actress ever!!! Even lighting her damn cigarette looked stupid. In the first scene I thought she might play retarded, but now I think she is!!!	+1
